How do I add an eClaim note per line?
Add an eClaim note per line
- Edit Encounter Window > Ensure Columns Line Note and Ref. Code are available
- Select ADD under Ref. Code and enter note under the Line Note column.
*If the columns are not available, right-click procedure box and select Customize > Double-click Ref. Code and Line Note to add.
You can also add an e-claim note for the entire claim by expanding Miscellaneous, section in the Edit Encounter window. Enter note in E-Claim Note section.
