Yes, Kareo has support for institutional billing using the UB-04 claim format.
To turn on Encounter settings for UB-04 Claims:
Settings > Options > Encounter Options > Check both boxes Professional (CMS-1500) and Institutional (UB-04).
*Now when you go to create a new Encounter, you can change it to the UB-04 format in the top right of your New Encounter window.
