User Account Locked (Desktop Application)

All Kareo Service sign-ins are protected by account lock-out systems. If a user’s account is deactivated by a System Administrator, their user account will be locked until a System Administrator of the user‘s account unlocks it. See the Security Notice for more information. 

Note: To protect the security of the account, Kareo Support is prohibited from reactivating or unlocking users.

User Account Locked

  • Contact a System Administrator to reactivate the user account if the Sign In Error pop-up message appears when logging in.
    Tip_Icon.pngTip: If there is uncertainty of who the System Administrator is, reach out to the staff member who created the user account.

If the password cannot be recalled once the user account is reactivated, click Forgot your password? on the Kareo - Sign In window.
