Change Password

You can change your login password for the Desktop Application (PM) at any time. 

Change Password

  1. Log into the Desktop Application (PM) if not already logged in. 
    • If the password cannot be recalled, click Forgot your password? on the Kareo - Sign In window and follow the instructions to reset the password instead.
  2. On the top menu bar, click Help > Change Password. The Change Password pop-up window opens.
  3. Enter the information:
    • Enter the existing password as the Old Password.
    • Enter the New Password according to the password requirements and re-enter to Confirm New Password.
  4. Click OK. The Password Change pop-up window opens then click OK to close the window.
