Access Patient Portal

Once you have activated the Patient Portal, you can use the portal to automatically email patients who have balances and collect payments online. By accessing the portal, you can view which emails have gone out and when payments have come in. 

Access Patient Portal

Click Settings > Patient Portal. The Patient Portal Dashboard page launches in a web browser.

An alternate way to access the Patient Portal is to:

  1. Open a web browser and type portal.kareo.com in the address bar.
  2. Click For Doctors on the bottom. The Patient Portal landing page opens.
  3. Click Sign in on the upper right. The Patient Portal Sign in page opens.
  4. Enter the Kareo login email credentials > Click Sign in. The Patient Portal Dashboard page opens. 

Note: Patients access the portal by going to portal.kareo.com and signing in.
