Once you have activated the Patient Portal, you can use the portal to automatically email patients who have balances and collect payments online. By accessing the portal, you can view which emails have gone out and when payments have come in.
Access Patient Portal
Click Settings > Patient Portal. The Patient Portal Dashboard page launches in a web browser.
