Change Printer Alignment

Updated: 01/05/2024|Views: 7861

You can change the printer alignment if the position of data on documents or claims you print from the Tebra Desktop Application (PM) need adjustment.

Change Printer Alignment

  1. Click Settings > Options > Change Printer Alignment. The Printer Alignment window opens.
  2. Enter the offset value(s) in inches for the appropriate printing format(s):
Tip_Icon.png Tip: Start with a small value such as "0.25" (a quarter of an inch).
    • Left Offset: A positive value shifts data to the right and a negative value shifts data to the left.
    • Top Offset: A positive value shifts data downward and a negative value shifts data upward.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Print a document or claim and repeat as necessary until the alignment is correct.
