Rejection Details

This rejection indicates the provider's Tax ID/NPI is not set up in the clearinghouse’s system. In order to send e-claims, EDI enrollment needs to be completed.

Please contact the Kareo Enrollment Team for further assistance.

When all corrective actions are completed, rebill and resubmit all affected claims.
