What items sync between Kareo Platform and Kareo Desktop Application calendars?

If you are an integrated Kareo Platform and Kareo Desktop Application user, we recommend that you use the Platform Calendar primarily for managing your calendar and appointments.

Features that will sync

  • All appointment details
    • Exception: Only the primary reason for the appointment selected in the Desktop Application will sync to the Platform.
