Set P.O. Box as Remit-To Address on Patient Statements

To use a Post Office (P.O.) Box as your remit-to address on patient statements, settings must first be configured in Practice Information and then in Patient Statement Options

Edit Practice Information

In the Practice Information, enter the P.O. Box address that needs to be used as the remit-to address on patient statements.

  1. Click Settings > Practice Information. The Practice Information window opens.
  2. Enter the P.O. Box as the Address under Administrator or Billing Contact.
  3. Click Save

Edit Patient Statement Options

Update the Patient Statement Options to pull the P.O. Box address from the Practice Information to populate the remit-to address for patient statements.

  1. Click Settings > Options > Patient Statement Options. The Edit Patient Statement Options window opens.
  2. Under the Formatting Options, click the Remit Address drop-down arrow and select the location where the P.O. Box address was added in the Practice Information: Administrator or Billing Contact Address.
  3. Click Save.
